Rules and conditions for using CombaTON

01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CombaTON (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the CombaTON team. By launching the Telegram WebApp, creating a character, or interacting with any game feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02.Game Account

CombaTON accounts are created and authenticated through Telegram: - One account per Telegram user. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is prohibited. - Your account is linked to your Telegram user ID and cannot be transferred to another person. - You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. - Account sharing is not permitted and may result in suspension. - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. - Account recovery is only possible through Telegram authentication. We cannot restore access if you lose access to your Telegram account.

03.Virtual Items & Currency

CombaTON features virtual items and currencies: - Gold coins are a display unit for small $CBT amounts (1 CBT = 100 gold coins), not a separate currency. - Virtual items (weapons, armor, consumables) exist within the game database and have no inherent real-world value outside the TON blockchain. - We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items and currencies at any time for game balance purposes. - Purchases of premium content are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

04.NFT & Blockchain Assets

$CBT tokens and NFT items operate on the TON blockchain: - $CBT is a utility token (Jetton) used within the CombaTON ecosystem. It is not a security, investment product, or store of value. - NFT items minted on-chain represent in-game assets and are subject to the TEP-64 standard on TON. - Ownership of NFTs is determined by blockchain records. Transfers are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. - You are responsible for all gas fees (TON network fees) associated with blockchain transactions. - 70% of all $CBT spent in-game is permanently burned. This deflationary mechanism is a core design feature. - We are not responsible for losses resulting from user error in wallet transactions, including sending assets to incorrect addresses. - Token price is not guaranteed and may fluctuate. We make no promises regarding the future value of $CBT.

05.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban: - Botting: using automated scripts, macros, or third-party software to play the game. - Exploiting: intentionally abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for unfair advantage. - Real-money trading (RMT): buying, selling, or trading game accounts, items, or currencies for real money outside the official CombaTON platform. - Cheating: modifying the game client, intercepting network traffic, or attempting to manipulate server-side calculations. - Harassment: abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward other players. - Impersonation: pretending to be a CombaTON developer, moderator, or another player. - Multi-accounting: operating more than one account per person. - Market manipulation: artificially inflating or deflating prices on the resource market or NFT marketplace.

06.Intellectual Property

All content within CombaTON, including but not limited to: - Game code, architecture, and systems design - Visual assets, 3D models, UI/UX design - Game lore, character names, world descriptions - Music, sound effects, and animations - The CombaTON brand, logo, and trade names is the intellectual property of the CombaTON team and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on CombaTON content without explicit written permission. Content creators may use screenshots and gameplay footage for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.

07.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: - CombaTON is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. - We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Game. - We are not liable for any loss of virtual items, currencies, or blockchain assets due to server issues, bugs, or security breaches. - We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network issues, smart contract vulnerabilities, or third-party service failures. - We are not responsible for the value or price fluctuations of $CBT tokens or NFT items. - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CombaTON in the 12 months preceding the claim. - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

08.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CombaTON at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: - Violation of these Terms of Service. - Engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 05. - Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be archived). - Technical or security reasons. Upon termination: - Your access to the Game and all off-chain assets (Gold, Rubies, game items) will be revoked. - On-chain assets ($CBT, NFTs) in your personal wallet remain yours as they exist on the blockchain independently. - We are not obligated to provide refunds for any purchases made prior to termination. You may voluntarily stop using CombaTON at any time by simply not accessing the Telegram WebApp.

09.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction where the CombaTON team operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Game shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CombaTON.
